About the project:

At the heart of our project is a 8-day seminar bringing together 32 representatives from 16 European organizations. This intensive program utilizes non-formal education methods to create a dynamic space for knowledge exchange, learning, and cross-border collaboration.

Participants will have the opportunity to:

1. Engage in diverse workshops: Experiment with new ideas

and co-create innovative solutions for technology-driven youth work.

2. Expand professional networks: Connect with peers from

across Europe, exchange best practices, and build lasting partnerships.

3. Gain expert insights: Attend keynote sessions on the latest trends and practical digital tools in the youth sector.

4. Develop future projects: Collaborate on organizational growth

strategies and design concrete action plans for upcoming initiatives.

5. Foster long-term synergy: Participate in networking and

evaluation sessions to map out individual development paths and collective goals.

Through this seminar, participants will gain the skills and inspiration needed to drive impact within their organizations and local communities, laying a solid foundation for sustainable growth.

- Youth Workers 18+ years old
