T3: Train the Trainer | March 15-22, 2026 | Oroslavje, Croatia

I’m really happy I had this opportunity to participate in the “T3: Train the Trainer” Erasmus+ project, which took place in Oroslavje, Croatia, from 15 to 22 March 2026. This experience was honestly above my expectations. During the programme, we did many interactive activities, group discussions and reflections that helped us understand better what it means to be a trainer. We worked on topics such as facilitation, group dynamics, communication, different methodologies, and how to create a safe and engaging learning environment for different types of participants. At the same time, I had the chance to meet inspiring people from different countries, exchange ideas and perspectives, and learn through intercultural cooperation. Towards the end of the training, we were given the opportunity to work in groups, design and lead our own topic, which was a very interesting and valuable experience. It allowed me to apply what I had learned, share my ideas, and work more actively with the group.

Overall, this training helped me reflect on my role as an educator and gave me new tools and motivation to continue improving. I am very thankful for this opportunity and for everything I gained from it.
